2011 BOARD
There are three positions open for 2011: Membership, Programs and Instructional Coordinator. All the positions are open for new nominees, however, the three listed have no one at this time.
We would also like to encourage these positions be filled by two or three members. Perhaps you have a friend with whom you would like to work and share a position so it would not be that big of a job, and there would be someone available to relieve you when you are traveling or need some help. The other board members are always willing to help, but it would be nice if each of the above positions would have more than one person.
You will also have some training by the current board member in that position so that you will see how the job is done and what is expected, and yet there is autonomy for you to do the job the way it is easiest for you.
Please think about it, talk to your friends, talk to the board members, talk to me! We need you and would love to have you on the board. To volunteer, contact Renee Steinpreis.
Remember our MOTTO: “Members Helping Members”.
